Admin Executive


Working Location & Hour

  • Working Location: TTDI, Kuala Lumpur (Walking          distance to MRT)

  • Working Hour: Tue to Fri: 9am to 630pm ; Sat: 9am to 430pm ; Sun & Mon: Off


Salary & Benefit

  • Basic Salary: RM 2200 to RM2800 (based on experience)

  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS are included

  • Incentive + Commission

  • Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor’s Degree related fields

  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin,BM

  • Fresh graduates without experience are encouraged to apply too

  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Word & Excel, Administration, basic accounting knowledge



  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Positive attitude, caring and problem solving skills

  • Able and willing to multi-task, to work independently

  • Well organized and detailed oriented



  • Be the first point of contact for internal staff and customers seeking support and information relating to our services

  • To handle general administrative duties, includes documentation, maintain filing system, asset management

  • To oversee and monitor the overall office maintenance and utilities

  • To perform front desk sales administrative tasks, includes payment chasing, updating sales record timely into company database and prepare reports to management

  • To perform basic book keeping, account entries and issue relevant accounting document
