Basic Salary: RM 2200 to RM2800 (based on experience)

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor’s Degree related fields

Required language(s): English, Mandarin,BM

Fresh graduates without experience are encouraged to apply too

Required skill(s): Microsoft Word & Excel, Administration, basic accounting knowledge

Responsibilities
-
Be the first point of contact for internal staff and customers seeking support and information relating to our services
-
To handle general administrative duties, includes documentation, maintain filing system, asset management
-
To oversee and monitor the overall office maintenance and utilities
-
To perform front desk sales administrative tasks, includes payment chasing, updating sales record timely into company database and prepare reports to management
-
To perform basic book keeping, account entries and issue relevant accounting document
