Niran, SFL Senior Trainer, a cheerful, positive and funny trainer.He is a graduate in Sport and Exercise Science, former track and field athlete, karate player.He also taught Muay Thai and Kickbo before.He is good at correcting and improving your flexibility and mobility without jumping into the extreme exercises.
